中文：:潮陽縣警察第一區署佈告
為佈告事，照得大小北岩，山巒奇秀，風景天然，為邑城名勝之地。前因瘋人盤住其間，以致逰（遊）人裹足。業經奉潮陽縣公署令飭，將瘋疾人等，盡行驅逐。並派西岩住持陳道培前往該岩，將各廟宇認真整理在案。現查有流氓地痞常到該岩借端騷擾，實属不法已極。嗣後如仍有在該岩騷擾，一經查出，定必嚴行拘究，決不姑寛。為此佈告，仰所属人等，一體遵照此佈。 中華民國十八年二月 日 署長謝燮梅
