Description
中文(臺灣):雪山隧道開通前,北宜公路是台北往返宜蘭的重要道路,其到高點石牌縣界將軍茶葉蛋的美味,更是許多用路人共同的記憶。其創始人為當時跟著國民政府來台的貴州人王子雲,退伍之後被徵派修建北宜公路,發現山上的氛圍與家鄉有幾分相似,思鄉情懷油然而生,於是就帶著一家四口落腳此處。為了妻兒溫飽,便在北宜公路賣起茶葉蛋,將雞蛋以坪林當地的包種茶煮過,再以家傳中藥包及各式辣椒、八角,滷到蛋黃溫潤微辣,香Q彈的獨特口感,讓人回味無窮;王老闆因為過去軍職的關係,被往來的遊客戲稱為「將軍」,從此「將軍茶葉蛋」的美名不逕而走,他也為了避免意外發生,還規定車主必須先把蛋吃掉才能上路,其貼心周到與製蛋的技藝讓人津津樂道。2006年國道五號雪隧通車,北宜公路沒落,現已遷至頭城另起爐灶,由女兒延續老父親獨特的滷製手法,讓蛋繼續飄香。
