中文：寮國臺灣商會聯合總會3月11日於寮國廣場酒店舉行「第六屆暨第七屆總會長交接典禮」，包括僑務委員洪志華、僑務諮詢委員蔡寵恩、陳耀奎、高國華、僑務顧問李國隆、陳坤樹、林福霖、僑務促進委員黃新棟、劉瑞森、世界臺灣商會聯合總會候任總會長李天柒、越南臺灣商會聯合總會名譽總會長許玉林，以及理監事及會員約110人參加。駐越南代表處大使石瑞琦偕教育組組長朱多銘、科技組組長鄧文玲、秘書曾文隆、林海洋、張舒晴及僑務秘書蔡佩珊應邀出席。

交接典禮前首先召開「第七屆第一次理監事會議」及「第七屆會員大會」，由總會長施玉秀報告未來會務規劃，包括提供會員醫療諮詢服務及寮國地區重要資訊等，接著進行財務報告及商會章程修改等討論提案。
石瑞琦於交接典禮致詞表示，感謝第六屆總會長楊鎮奕團隊為寮國臺商的服務及對代表處的協助，期許施玉秀能率領第七屆團隊，讓商會成為寮國政府與臺灣之間的橋樑。隨後在石瑞琦及李天柒監交下，順利完成第六屆暨第七屆總會長交接，石瑞琦並代表僑務委員會委員長徐佳青頒贈感謝狀及賀狀予滿任總會長楊鎮奕、新任總會長施玉秀及監事長葉啟宗；另轉頒續任僑務顧問楊鎮奕、陳坤樹及新任僑務顧問施玉秀3人僑務榮譽職聘書。
僑務委員會副委員長阮昭雄及亞洲臺灣商會聯合總會總會長陳五福均特別錄製祝賀影片，阮昭雄致詞感謝寮國臺商總會長期協助國人急難救助及推動僑務工作，相信在歷任總會長奠定的基礎下，第七屆總會長施玉秀在推展商機及促進寮國臺商合作，定有亮眼成績，也期許臺商朋友們繼續支持政府各項政策。
交接典禮後進行餐敘，現場安排寮國傳統舞蹈表演，讓來自越南的臺商體驗不同的異國風情，氣氛熱鬧溫馨，活動圓滿順利。
