Description
中文（臺灣）：宜蘭中山公園忠靈塔碑。1936年由武營遷來，正面為「忠靈塔」三字，立碑者署名為臺灣軍司令官陸軍中將柳川平助。碑背面刻有文字「改修由來」，落款日期為昭和十一年八月。本碑推測應為日治時期追念效忠國家而殉職英靈所設，為蘭陽境內唯一保存之「忠靈塔」，就歷史文化意義及具稀少性，有其保存意義。
