Description
中文（臺灣）：宜蘭城隍廟內有數方匾額，但在《噶瑪蘭廳志》所載通判李廷璧所題「明陰洞陽」已佚失，目前在正殿尚有「恩威並濟」與「膏澤優渥」兩方木匾。 　　「恩威並濟」匾，上款題以「四年元月吉旦」，應是指宜蘭城隍廟1928（昭和3）年年底落成後不久的1929（昭和4）年元月。下款則是贈匾者：「蘭芳公司　黎坤鐘　黃北　葉添福　黃天賜　劉石炭　李天財　蔡朝興　黃阿琳　李阿輝　邱盧澗　簡春華　仝叩謝」。獻匾者不乏宜蘭街的知名商人。 　　「膏澤優渥」匾，上款題以「戊辰年仲秋之月 穀旦」，即1928（昭和3）年，下款為「信士 余林水土 鍾德合 陳猴生 楊坤琳 李朝安 馮火旺 張武瑞 林水源 仝敬献」，主要是倡首重修宜蘭城隍廟的地方人士。
