Description
English: This is a reproduced sample seal of the Lüshunkou District People’s Court of Dalian. This file is to be used in articles on Wikisource that originally bear this seal at the end of the document.
Please note that although the simplicity of its outer circle (apart from the national emblem of the PR China in the centre) exempted it from copyright protection, while the national emblem is exempted by the Chinese copyright law (see below), any inappropriate usage (desecration) of this seal, which contains the national emblem of the PR China in the centre, may be regarded as a violation of Article 299 of the Criminal Law of the PR China and may face up to three years’ imprisonment in mainland China.
Furthermore, since this seal contains the national emblem of the PR China, which is considered a communist or socialist sign in some countries, and thereby is prohibited by their laws. (see below)
Finally, this is my own work, created from File:National Emblem of the People's Republic of China (3).svg. To avoid it being used for counterfeiting, I deliberately added ‘Sample’ to it.

中文：这是大连市旅顺口区人民法院公章的样章图案。该样章将用在维基文库中原本在文书末尾处便有此公章的文章上。
请注意，尽管其外圈图案（除中国大陆地区的「国徽」外）的简洁性使其免受版权保护，且中国大陆地区的版权法也豁免了对其「国徽」的版权保护，但对这一样章的任何不当使用，因其中央包含了中国大陆地区的「国徽」的缘故，仍可能会被视作违反中国大陆地区刑法第 299 条，并可能在中国大陆地区面临最高三年的监禁。
