天順己卯歲秋九月望後一日。慧燈寺住持鏡空出示所藏其師祖東山泰上人。曩居天界時。得大理國工張勝溫所繪佛像阿羅漢及諸等像一帙。殆謂不幸師祖圓寂之後。斯圖流落他所。幸其師月峰復購歸于本寺。至于正統己巳。洪水驟漲。遽漫斯帙。鏡空旋拯於水。得完其圖。奈被水漸漬。卷為脫落。弗遂披閱。請里之士尹希怡裝潢成帙。干余言以識三世珍襲之志。予備玩之。前翰林學士金華宋濂。天界善世禪宗渤（應作泐）。同門僧來復。述之詳悉。奚容予言。辭弗再致。遂概述緒餘以復。予惟大理國工。善繪斯圖。筆力精緻。金碧輝煌。前列諸佛。儼現空界。超出塵凡。隨感應化。隱顯百億。無端無量。形像百千。咸在敬仰。以故知夫東山泰上人得慕斯圖於天界。天界歸而藏諸慧燈。其嗜之志。（下缺）。
