| Description |
中文（臺灣）：外澳金斗公廟位於頭城外澳海濱的臺2線旁，建於1875(光緒元)年，是座歷史悠久、極富神話傳奇的古廟。昔日為台北宜蘭往來的古道處，而金斗公則是無後之孤魂，傳此廟對於從事捕魚、畜養以及風月場所工作者所許的願特別靈驗。1880（光緒六）年巡按大人劉明燈座轎途經此處時，轎不能過，遂下轎參拜，始得緩緩通過，因此有「文官下轎、武官下馬」之威。廟內有一「有求必應」之匾額，為1880（光緒六）年武將傅德柯敬酬。此後又有許多因為道路擴建必須拆除該廟，但皆因神蹟顯現而拆除未成之傳說。1967年在信徒捐資下，就地依山附勢而建，保留原廟、另建大廟，呈現「廟中廟」的形式。 |
