Description
中文（臺灣）：1955年2月8日至11日間，位於浙江台州的大陳列島居民因國共戰爭而撤退到台灣，在基隆港上岸並短暫停留後，即安置在全台12個縣市，建立35處大陳新村供大陳民眾居住。1年後的1956年2月8日，亦即大陳居民撤退來台一周年的日子，各地大陳新村共舉落成典禮。大陳人對於安全撤退到台灣來，生活雖困頓，但對撤退來台一事卻視為是愛國之舉並充滿感恩。在各個大陳新村中，均可見到頌揚政府德政的碑碣。 　　在壯圍仁愛新村漁師廟前亦立有一方感恩政府德澤之碑碣，位置原在廟前右側，後來移置到廟前左側入口處。該方碑碣正面題以「飲水思源」，背面則是「誌德碑」，碑文描述居民從大陳島撤退的經過，以及來台後總統蔣中正、台灣省主席嚴家淦、宜蘭縣長甘阿炎對居民生活與生業方面的協助。立碑時間是在1956年2月8日。
