中文：越南河靜臺灣商會會長交接 張畯珅交棒葉富國

越南臺灣商會聯合總會河靜分會於1月7日在芒青大飯店舉辦「第四屆暨第五屆會職交接典禮及年終餐會」，包括僑務委員洪志華、僑務諮詢委員高國華、僑務顧問陳威銘、黃雍正、僑務促進委員陳文進、黃秀滿、越南臺灣商會聯合總會總會長簡智明、監事長林詩萍、名譽總會長陳信銘、北寧分會會長林軒節、同奈分會會長吳明穎、巴地頭頓分會會長吳昭宏、新順分會會長劉佳原、隆安分會會長王志堅、峴港分會會長許志誠、越南關懷救助協會會長郭順德，以及河靜商會理監事暨會員等，共約180人參加。駐處大使石瑞琦偕科技組組長鄧文玲、經濟組秘書紀珮宜、秘書顧玉華及僑務秘書蔡佩珊應邀出席。
石瑞琦致詞時表示，本次交接典禮齊聚越南臺商總會北、中、南各分會臺商領袖，充分展現越南臺商的團結精神，除肯定張畯珅在擔任會長期間，帶領商會投入當地社會公益的貢獻，並祝福新任會長葉富國團隊推展各項會務順利成功。
第四屆會長張畯珅與第五屆會長葉富國在石瑞琦及簡智明監交下，順利完成交接；石瑞琦並代表僑務委員會委員長童振源頒贈感謝狀及賀狀予滿任會長張畯珅及監事長陳俊彥、新任會長葉富國及監事長曾潮星。
交接典禮後進行年終餐會及摸彩，會中邀集河靜當地越方官員及河靜臺塑鋼鐵公司共同參與，現場來賓與全體會員透過餐敘交流情誼，凝聚向心，氣氛熱鬧非凡，順利圓滿結束。
