中文(臺灣):國際扶輪社總社長黃其光及其夫人姚世蕾女士於10月9日清晨抵達秘魯首都利馬市,進行為期3天的訪問行程,秘魯扶輪社總監Carlos Rioja率會員近百人前往機場歡迎,氣氛熱烈。
大會主辦單位於當(9)日下午舉行記者會,黃總社長向與會記者闡述此行訪問目標,並分享在台灣及世界其他國家推動社福工作的相關成果。中華民國駐秘魯代表處也於記者會後安排秘魯『共和報』(La Republica)記者專訪,黃其光續就個人經驗及國際扶輪社社務宗旨及未來展望等議題與記者廣泛交換意見。 黃總會長隨於晚間主持拉丁美洲扶輪社第40屆年會開幕典禮,共有15國代表與會,駐秘魯代表吳進木夫婦也應邀參加。秘魯及中華民國等與會國家國旗陸續進場,並分別演奏秘魯、中華民國、阿根廷及烏干達等國國歌,秘魯副總統Marisol Espinoza首先代表政府致賀詞。黃其光在接受利馬Rimac市長頒贈榮譽市民證書後發表演說,內容精彩生動,將全場氣氛帶至最高潮。 整個開幕活動在精彩的秘魯傳統音樂及舞蹈表演後劃下美麗句點,黃其光夫婦人緣極佳,深受與會各國代表愛戴,不愧為台灣之光,此行訪問秘魯有助提升中華民國正面形象,係國民外交之成功展現。 |
