中文（臺灣）：照片中為阿美族人兒童遊戲中的景象。阿美族分佈於花蓮北部之奇萊山平原、南至臺東及屏東之恆春半島等狹長之海岸平原及丘陵地區，群聚而居，部落規模大而人口多，祭典活動特別盛大，以每年豐年祭典最具代表性，目前人口約有21萬人（資料來源：原委會2019年（108年）9月），是臺灣原住民族中人數最多者。大致可分為三大系統，花蓮北部為南勢阿美、中部為秀姑巒阿美與海岸阿美，南部為卑南阿美，另外還有少數恆春阿美。傳統社會制度以母系氏族為主，男性被招贅後共居於女家，有關家庭親族事務與財產由女性戶長做主。然而，部落性之政治、司法、戰爭、宗教等公共事務，則由男性組織之男子年齡階級組織處理。此影像收錄於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》一書，為葉柏強先生撰寫、花蓮縣文化局於2016年（民國105年）出版。書中記錄了花蓮近百年的城市樣貌，是一本擁有豐富文史與圖像資料的書籍。 |
