中文（臺灣）：臺灣鐵路局花蓮管理處處長官邸，位於花蓮市中山路北側與北濱街內之巷弄內，為鐵路局高級員工宿舍區，約建於昭和5年（1930）左右，處長官邸旁還有一座太平洋戰爭時期的「避難指揮中心」的大型防空洞，裡面可作為戰爭避難及指揮中心，相當罕見。
