中文(臺灣):為了分享台灣在電子簽章及交易方面的成功經驗,中華民國駐秘魯代表處本月14日與秘魯「國家競爭防衛及智慧財產權保護機構」(INDECOPI)簽訂「公開金鑰基礎建設(PKI)合作備忘錄」。簽約典禮於INDECOPI辦公室舉行,由駐秘魯代表處吳大使進木及INDECOPI主席Herbert Tassano共同主持,我代表處同仁、INDECOPI官員及媒體記者等出席觀禮。
Tassano主席指出,久聞台灣在政府e化、電子商務及數位簽章方面的經驗卓著,藉由該合作備忘錄之簽訂將有助於秘魯建制PKI基礎建設,提升整體經濟效益。吳大使致詞時,說明我國在自然人憑證、電子簽章及交易、政府便民服務等方面的相關運用成果,強調電子化機制的建立有助節省社會成本,提升政府及企業行政效能。台灣政府及人民願意與秘魯及全世界國家分享五十多年來由農業社會進步至資科技發達社會的寶貴經驗。 秘魯媒體對於建立電子化政府極為關注,若干文字及電子媒體紛紛報導我國將協助秘魯推行電子化政府之消息。 |
