中文(臺灣):為利提升秘魯執行縮短城鄉數位落差計畫之成效,我駐秘魯代表處與經濟部資策會「APEC數位機會中心」(APEC Digital Opportunity Center,簡稱ADOC)秘書處合作於10月14日在秘魯「利馬商會」舉辦「ADOC之友會」及「ADOC種子專家培訓課程」活動,駐秘魯代表處吳進木大使、秘魯利馬商會代表、秘魯數位機會中心學員代表等30餘人出席。
吳進木代表於致詞時強調,秘魯第一個「ADOC中心」係於2005設立,目前在秘魯共設有14處「ADOC中心」及2處深化輔導中心,服務範圍包括首都利馬市,Arequipa, Chicalayo, La Libertad及Huancayo, Huancavelica, Chanquil等省份及偏遠地區,培訓對象涵蓋秘魯小型及微型企業從業人員、婦女、兒童及弱勢群體等人士約104,972人次,成效卓著。 吳大使也特別感謝利馬商會及秘魯業界相關單位多年來配合我代表處執行該案之努力,期望「ADOC之友會」成員透過參加「ADOC種子專家培訓課程」活動,增進對台灣資通訊科技產業技術之認識,並推廣台灣優質之資通訊產品至秘魯市場,以創造互利互惠之雙贏效果。 秘魯數位機會中心學員代表也在會議中簡報各中心工作執行現況及成果,透過該交流平台深化該案在秘魯之執行成效。 「APEC數位機會中心」(簡稱ADOC)係由我國資策會於2003年泰國曼谷APEC經濟領袖會議中所提出之計畫,目標為協助 APEC開發中會員體提升資訊應用能力,縮短數位落差,並轉換為數位機會。涵蓋國家包括秘魯、智利、墨西哥、菲律賓、泰國、印尼、越南、馬來西亞、俄羅斯及巴紐等10國。 |
