中文（臺灣）：「原中壢高中教師宿舍白馬莊」為中壢高中1970年代所建之教師單身宿舍，為二層樓單棟建築，有11個單身宿舍居室空間及公共浴廁，並有空地可供休憩使用，為住居現代化之早期類型，並與中壢地區教育發展關係密切，惟於民國87年後閒置未使用。
目前保存狀況尚佳，宿舍前後庭院尚存，原始空間氛圍仍存，具再利用價值及潛力。
