中文（臺灣）：本文藉由回顧紅毛港的發展歷史，提出對紅毛港與高雄港市未來發展的建議提供當局參考。
紅毛港原是坐落於高雄市溪南端的小漁村，十七世紀荷蘭人至此築港，乃稱「紅毛港」。清治時期，港口因淤積而形成漁村。日治時期，因政經中心為鳳山，港口未獲任何發展。戰後時期，雖因高雄港務需要而於紅毛港興建第二港口，但其餘重大建設均位於小港地區，故紅毛港成為半封閉地區。在規劃過程中，考慮維持紅毛港之人文景觀，將紅毛港聚落進行全面遷村，但遲至民國94年才確保政策執行。如能在遷村時集中遷徙，包含將漁村文化與血緣聚落（蘇、洪、李、楊、埔頭）特徵等保留重建，進行重建復舊，必能重新塑造紅毛港的獨特文化內涵。 從回顧紅毛港的歷史，進而理解其區域特色，在以此為根據，提出對於紅毛港居民的重置，著重保留其文化內涵特徵，才能讓歷經歲月沉澱的文化盡可能保留重現。 |
