中文：卞安地里·苟拾俾（Giuseppe Biondelli）意大利人。生於皮沙羅。幼肄業於威匿斯。一千九百二十二年七月十一來華。一千九百二十年爲領事館參贊。一千九百廿一年升爲副領事。二十二年調往上海。二十三年調爲香港廣州代理領事。九月復回上海任副領事職。
English: Biondelli, Giuseppe Born in Pesaro, Italy. Educated at Venice, Italy. Came to China, 11th July, 1922. On 10th July, 1920, made Attaché in the Consular Service and appointed to the Foreign Office. On the 13th August, 1921, promoted Vice-Consul and on April 1922 transferred to the Consulate General in Shanghai, where he arrived on the 11th July. On the 27th January, 1923, appointed Acting Consul in Hongkong and Canton where he remained till the end of September and on this date came back to Shanghai to resume charge in his former place as Vice-Consul. |
