| Description |
中文（臺灣）：利澤簡永安宮在1928-1930（昭和8-10）年間進行重修，將近落成之際，即有信眾捐資敬獻廟內所需之供桌或宗教祭祀器具。此張供桌為頂桌，為1930（昭和5）年秋季時，由五結庄信士黃懋德、黃禮記、黃禮祥、黃禮朝、張文章、許從其、許水泉、黃傳琴等八人所敬獻。此張頂桌由四支獸形吞腳支撐。中段矩形格框周邊以木雕捲草與花卉構成，中央再以5片木作透雕戲齣花堵組成。最為特別之處，是在格框兩側支柱外側，各飾以一支木作龍柱，龍柱下方做八角柱珠，頂端則做洋式白菜柱頭。頂桌背面製有抽屜與推拉門，可供貯放物品。 |
