| Description |
日本語: 住民の手作り護岸。倉敷市から支給される木杭と薄板を元に、修復された護岸はあくまでも応急的な工作物の為に、朽ちるのも早く放置すると崩れた土砂で水路が浅くなる原因となる。このために、場合によっては私費を投じて波板などを追加し、補強して護岸を管理している。
これは、近年の後継者や農業従事者不足の農家だけの問題ではなく、放置することによる護岸崩壊や、川底の堆積物により、計画していた水量が期限内に流れず結果的には、稲の生育に影響を及ぼすなどの深刻な問題を引き起こしている。 |
