中文（臺灣）：此圖由片山寫真館發行，將仙寰橋的橋體拍得相當清楚，可以看見遠方有一個遊客兩手扶握護欄行走其上，可遙想當時通過吊橋、望下河谷時，會產生怎樣的緊張之感。日治時期，為了橫越陡峭的太魯閣峽谷，在此興建的鐵線吊橋約有四十餘座，而當時的仙寰橋，即是從峽谷入口進入時的第一座。《東臺灣展望》一書有此記載：「幅寬僅三此的鐵線橋，受到風吹或行走其上的人的重量，很容易產生搖晃。此時一陣涼風從遙遠的溪底吹起白霧的話，會讓人有羽化登仙的遐思」。現仙寰橋仍留有水泥橋門之遺跡，坐落於太魯閣國家公園中。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
