黑河の街情

黒河の街に入つて先づ目に留まるものは睹博場の看板だ。此の地には、元来多数の睹博場があつて顧客を呼ぶさまは宛然緑日の香具師と同じく、然もその睹博の税金は頗る高率で市の重要な財源となつてゐる。満洲国建国以来我が邦人の進出に伴ひ料理店、旅舘、カフヱー等々日増に多く、国境第一線の異色となつてゐる。此の写真は南門大街である。（印画の複製を禁ず）
