Description
中文（臺灣）：「中國石油公司」在高雄地區最重要的接收廠，就是伴隨左營軍港共同興建發展的「日本海軍第六燃料廠」，其主要供應日本海軍軍艦用油、軍艦上附屬航空器用油，國府接收後開始積極興工修復，前後來台之器材數量達5,000噸，新添器材價值約合300餘萬美金，但在1946年（民國35年）底雖大致修復完畢，但還不能運轉，主要是因高雄港疏浚工程遲遲無法完成，萬噸油輪無法靠港以及電力線路無法完成供電所致。因此到1947年（民國36年）7月才開始煉油，逐步修復後，不但產量日增，更成為發展台灣石油化學工業的龍頭。
