Description
中文（臺灣）：北白川宮能久親王在1895年10月8日來到三疊溪庄，在劉秋的土角厝過夜，並於隔日前往嘉義街。臺南州政府在1937年決議以預算3萬圓徵收附近私有土地，並設立御遺跡紀念碑。紀念碑材料為日本內地的花崗岩，高約38尺5寸，直徑約3尺。此碑在二戰後倒放，位於嘉義縣溪口鄉疊溪村。
