Description
中文（中国大陆）：三峡大学水电楼，位于中国湖北省宜昌市三峡大学西苑。该楼为三峡大学标志性建筑，共14层，采用框架式结构，绝对标高77.90米，建筑面积18348㎡，工程造价670万元。长沙市建筑工程公司宜昌工程处于1987年10月7日开工建造，1990年8月25日竣工。竣工验评中分部工程共验评8项，优良5项，优良率62.5％，其中优良部分为：地基与基础、主体、装饰、屋面，合格部分为：地面与楼面、门窗、暖卫、电气。感官质量评定得分率86％。
