Summary
Misaka Pass was crossed by YamatoTakeruMikoto when he went on his eastern expedition. Mikuni-yama (Mt. Shotozan), which he crossed after completing his eastern expedition. Both are located in Yamanashi Prefecture, where Mt. In the former, there is Tenkachaya, where writers Masuji Ibushi and Osamu Dazai stayed and wrote. In the latter, there is the former Gundari Shrine. The village shrine is dedicated to the Japanese warrior who conquered the area without ruthless killing. In the 40th year of Emperor Keiko's reign (AC110), he held a festival at Mikuni Mountain on his way back from his eastern expedition. Mikuni, where he stored the Ame-no-Iwatate, which was used by Emperor Jinmu in his conquest of Hyuga. Ishitateo-jinja Shrine (Gosekimori, Sanokawa), which still stands today, enshrines the Ame-no-Iwatate, and Guntori Shrine (Uenohara City) enshrines the Kusanagi no Ken (Sword of Kusanagi) as Kamuzane. |
