Description
English: When delivering (bulk) mail(s), the sender or addressee pays the postage to the post office on a regular basis in lump, and sticks no stamps to each piece when mailing, they will be affixed with the "Postage paid by licencee" indicia.
中文（简体）：交寄（大宗）邮件时由寄件或收件方向邮局定期汇总交付邮资，寄递时不逐件粘贴邮票，便会加盖“邮资总付”代资邮戳。
