Common names – Carpetweed ; Bitter cumin; Indian chickweed Tamil names – PERUN TIRAAY ; TIRAAY Floweing period – Throughout year This is traditionally used to treat ulcers , pains , skin diseses and leucoderma . It is considered as antiparasitic , antimicrobial and antioxidant . In photo - Bitter cumin's cumin-like buds !
