বাংলা: চিতই পিটা অঞ্চল ভেদে সাচের পিঠা বা ভিজানো পিঠা বলে ডাকা হয়।
চিতই পিঠা শীতে কালে খুবই জনপ্রিয় এই পিঠে। প্রায় সকল গ্রাম ও শহর উভয় স্থানেই এর বেশ কদর রয়েছে। এই পিঠা কয়েক রকম করে তৈরি করা যায় এখানে যে ছবিটি ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে তা মুলত দুধে ভিজানো চিতই পিঠা, এছাড়া কাঁচা খেজুর রসে ও ভিজানো হয় বা না ভিজিয়ে ও অন্যান্য উপকরণ দ্বারা তৈরি করা যায় যেমন, ডিম, মরিচ, ধনে পাতা, কালজিরা, ইত্যাদি। এই চিতই পিঠা তৈরি হয় চালের গুড়ো ও জল ব্যবহার করে। এই উপকরণ গুলো একত্রে মিশিয়ে ঘন জুস বা শরবতের মত তৈরি করতে হয়। পরে পিঠা বানানোর সাচের উপর দিয়ে আগুনে তাপ দিতে হয়। এভাবে তৈরি হয় শুকনা চিতই পিঠা গুল পরে এ গুলো জালানো দুধের বা কাঁচা খেজুর রসে ভিজিয়ে আবার জালানো / রান্না করার মত কিছুখন আগুনে জালাতে হয় এভাবে তৈরি হয় চিতই পিঠা বা ভিজানো পিঠা। |
