العربية: تقع المدرسة العادلية الكبرى في دمشق القديمة، وتعتبر نموذجاً لمدارس العهد الأيوبي، وتوجد بين بابي الفرج والفراديس، مقابل المكتبة الظاهرية، وتنسب للسلطان الملك العادل سيف الدين أبي بكر بن أيوب.
وتعد من أهم المباني من حيث التخطيط ورصانة البناء، والعناصر المعمارية المتقنة الصنع، وطرأت بعض التعديلات على مخططها الأصلي، ولكن أقسامها الرئيسة وعناصرها المهمة احتفظت بوضعها الأصيل. |
