Description
Русский: фото Ф. П. Грядинского организатора Сестрорецкой милиции и Красной Гвардии в 1917 году. Грядинский, Федор Павлович (?.09.1893, Сестрорецк – 10.02.1938 город Москва). Из рабочих. Токарь Сестрорецкого оружейного завода. Член РСДРП(б) с 1912. 1917 – комиссар красногвардейского отряда и вместе с Восковым С. П. член завкома Сестрорецкого оружейного завода. 1918–1920 – комиссар Красной армии. Участник подавления Кронштадтского восстания. В 1921–1922 – председатель райисполкома в Петрограде. 1923–1925 на кооперативной работе - заведующий Ленинградским облторгом. 1925 – секретарь Василеостровского райкома ВКП(б) в Ленинграде. 1927 – кандидат в члены ЦК ВКП(б). 1928–1930 – организатор и председатель исполкома Центрально-Черноземной области в городе Воронеж. 1930 – заместитель наркома внешней и внутренней торговли СССР. 1927–1930 кандидат в члены ЦК ВКП(б); 1930–1934 член ЦК ВКП(б). Член ВЦИК и ЦИК 4-х созывов. 25 авг. 1930 по 15 авг. 1937 – председатель Запсибкрайисполкома. Арестован 10.08.1937 по обвинению в участии в контрреволюционной организации. На пленуме 11-12.10.1937 исключён из кандидатов в члены ЦК. Осуждён Военной коллегией Верховного Суда СССР к высшей мере. Расстрелян. Реабилитирован 17.03.1956. Награды: орден Ленина.
