Description
Русский: Фоторецепторы в развивающемся глазу Drosophila melanogaster. Фоторецептор (окрашен зеленым) состоит из дендрита (отросток, протягивающийся вверх), тела клетки, в которой хорошо видно место расположения ядра (темное пятно) и аксона (отросток, протягивающийся вниз), который уходит в мозг. Красным окрашены дифференцирующиеся нейрональные клетки, синим – ядра всех клеток в ткани. Масштаб –10 мкм.
English: Photoreceptors in the developing eye of Drosophila melanogaster. A photoreceptor (colored in green) consists of a dendrite (a tapering extension at the top), a cell body in which the location of the nucleus is clearly visible (a dark spot) and an axon (a protrusion at the bottom) directed towards the brain. Nuclei of differentiating neuronal cells are stained in red. Nuclei of all cells are stained in blue. Scale bar: 10 µm.
