Description
Русский: Москва, угол Садового кольца и Космодамианская набережная. Результат завершённой программы "Моя улица". Прямо у автобусной остановки. Собянку, видать, потырили - и просто заткнули дыры пенопластом. Потом уже как-то замуровали раствором. И лишь год-полтора спустя на этом месте появился новый навес автобусной остановки. Оказывается, это дыры по плану оставили.
English: Superior quality of mayor Sobyanin's "street reconstruction" project - after formal completion. Styrofoam in place of stolen granite. Later fixed with plain cement. A new glass bus stop was placed here only a whole year later (that's what the cutouts were for).
