Русский: Памятник Александру II в Петрозаводске. Установлен в 1885 году. Скульптор Иван Шредер. Статуя была отлита из бронзы на заводе Адольфа Моранда в Санкт-Петербурге, пьедестал изготовлен из тивдийского мрамора тёмно-зелёного цвета по проекту академика архитектуры Антоний Томишко. Высота памятника 8,5 м. Император изображён в генеральском мундире с непокрытой головой, в порфире с цепью Ордена святого Андрея Первозванного. В правой руке императора — свиток с надписью «19 февраля 1861 года». На пьедестале выбита надпись — «Царю-освободителю — Олонецкое земство. 1881». Памятник был снесён в 1918 году и переплавлен. |
