Description
Русский: В тканях коры многих древесных растений часто встречаются cклереиды (СК-клетки с очень толстыми лигнифицированными оболочками, которые пронизаны многочисленными простыми порами), которые могут формировать конгломераты клеток склеренхимы (рис.1). На анатомических срезах исследователи видят их плоское изображение в сечении (рис.2). Использование компьютерной томографии и последующей обработки в специализированных программах позволили нам впервые показать трехмерную анастомозирующую сеть клеток склеренхимы в тканях коры березы повислой (Betula pendula) (рис.3). Конгломераты склереид создают жесткий каркас (скелет, рис.4), в который погружены остальные структурные элементы коры - ситовидные трубки и клетки паренхимы.
