Description
Русский: Нечасто мне удаётся найти новую серию микросхем, причем такую, про которую ранее даже не было слышно. Серия 2.155 именно такова. Подробностей по ней практически нет, можно полагать, что она сходна с микросхемами С1.151-С1.157, и подобно им применяется в военной авионике.

Микросхемы серии имеют кодированное обозначение, которое долго время ставило меня в тупик, до появления паспорта. Итак, 22-04 - это 2.155ЕН1-1, некий стабилизатор напряжения.

Более того, полное название этих микросборок содержит еще какой-то недешифруемый набор цифр и букв и, к примеру, для этой микросхемы выглядит так - "Микросборка типа 2.155ЕН1-1 (22-04) 6891700404кч06".

Производитель - Харьковский приборостроительный завод им. Шевченко
