Description
Русский: Лапка мухи состоит из пяти «суставов». На вершине последнего из них имеется акропод. Он представлен парой коготков, под которыми находятся мягкие присоски — пульвиллы, между ними щетинковидный или лопастевидный, сходный с пульвиллами, непарный эмподий. Присоски служат для прочного сцепления с поверхностью и снабжены полыми волосками, которые секретируют вязкое вещество. Но до сих пор точно не известно, как именно насекомое отрывает ноги от поверхности. Для этого ей потребовалось бы значительное усилие. Еще, важную роль в прикреплении мухи к потолку играют волоски на лапках, которые «цепляются» за малейшие неровности поверхности. Как правило, нужные для питания вещества муха находит в далеко не самых лучших с точки зрения гигиены местах. Частички отходов, в которых содержится невероятное множество бактерий, яиц паразитов и прочих вредителей, легко приклеиваются к чудесным лапкам мухи. Периодически насекомое пытается от них освободиться – именно для этого оно потирает лапки. Правда, так ей отнюдь не удается полностью избавиться от всех вредных веществ.
