В этих местах очень благоприятные условия для выращивания ценных сортов пшеницы. Немного о условиях, необходимых для выращивания пшеницы: Наиболее благоприятны для формирования зерна пшеницы относительно высокие температуры воздуха в период колошение - восковая спелость. В это время растениям необходима температура 18-20°С. При повышении температуры воздуха в фазе созревания зерна до 22-25°С содержание белка в зерне возрастает.
