Description
Русский: Портрет римлянки. Зал Юпитера. Искусство Древнего Рима I-IV веков. Древний Рим, 160-170 гг. Шедевр античного собрания Эрмитажа – портрет молодой женщины, который в современной литературе получил название «Сириянка». Неримский, семитического тип лица, а также утонченность восточного женского образа придают портрету своеобразную прелесть. Черты лица «Сириянки» индивидуальны и исполнены экзотического шарма. Кажется, что на губах «Сириянки» блуждает улыбка, которая меняется в зависимости от ракурса и освещения портрета. Тонкая моделировка придает лицу необычайную живописность, которая выделяет этот памятник на фоне известных шедевров эпохи Антонинов. Сложная высокая прическа соответствует моде 60-х гг. II века и характерна для портретов переходного периода от Фаустины Старшей, супруги Антонина Пия, к портретам их дочери Фаустины Младшей.
