Русский: Поперечный срез листа Pinus pinaster. Толщина среза 30 мкм. Постоянный авторский препарат, полихромная окраска тканей по Михальцову А.И, 2020 г. Это новая авторская методика полихромной окраски тканей растений для изучения методом люминесценции. Спектр возбуждения 365 нм. очень хорошо выявляются клетки трансфуззионной ткани, гиподерма, эпидерма, устьица, кутикула.
English: Transverse section of leaf Pinus pinaster of 30 micrometers, coloring on Mikhaltsov, 2020. This is my new polychrome staining method for fluorescence microscopy. BP 365 nm, FT 395 nm, LP 397 nm.
