Русский: В апреле 2006 года на Воскресенской горе на смотровой площадке Музея истории Томска был установлен манекен пожарного Афанасия, став еще одной достопримечательностью города.
Теперь любой томич и гость города имеет возможность подняться на каланчу и пожать руку Афанасию. По сложившейся доброй традиции, тот, кто сделает это, обезопасит свое жилище от огня. «Благодаря» этой примете в 2008 году Томск несколько месяцев оставался без своего защитника: от многочисленных рукопожатий у манекена просто оторвалась рука. Тогда его срочно пришлось отправить на реставрацию. Манекен пожарного Афанасия был изготовлен Управлением исполнения наказаний по Томской области и принесен в дар Главному управлению МЧС России по Томской области и всем жителям области ко дню образования пожарной охраны России, отмечаемом 30 апреля. |
