Русский: Представитель единственного рода монотипичного семейства Платановых, распространен в южной части Европы, встречается в Крыму и на Кавказе. В городе Таганроге произрастают единичные экземпляры. Платаны достигают высоты 40-50 м., имеют густую широкую крону. Ствол имеет декоративную особенность в виде зеленовато-серой отслаивающейся коры. Является долгожителем. Известны экземпляры возрастом более Данные экземпляры посажены в 1970 году. |
