Description
English: A picture/photograph of mokshan author (poet and prose writer) Yakov Maksimovich Pinyasov (1913—1984). Taken from unnumbered page (or page No. 43 according to numbering started from the beginning) of the Issue 5 (22), 1935 of the Moksha-language magazine Kolkhozon eryaf (an old name for the Moksha magazine), the page goes after page numbered as No. 32. The picture was made by anonymous illustrator(s).

[1] If the author of this work was subjected to repression and rehabilitated posthumously, copyright term is counted from January 1 of the year following the year of rehabilitation.
If the work was first published after the death (posthumous rehabilitation) of the author, copyright term is counted from January 1 of the year following the year of publication, provided that the work was published within 50 years after the death of the author who died (and was not posthumously rehabilitated) before January 1, 1943, or within 70 years after the death (posthumous rehabilitation) of the author who died (rehabilitated posthumously) between January 1, 1943 years before January 1, 1954.

This picture was made as a magazine page illustration by an anonymous illustrator, and published in 1935. According to Russian Federation laws which were enacted on the URAA date the copyright expiration term for anonymous works was 50 years, and the 50-year term calculated from publication date (1935) — definitely expired before the URAA date of 1/1/1996.
