Description
Русский: Первые почтовые марки восстановленной Литовской республики (самопровозглашение), 1990 год, огромный тираж 2 миллиона 500 тысяч экз. лист (30 миллионов экз. данная марка).
Номинал 20 копеек.
Правая часть марочного листа из 12 марок и 4 правых купонов на трёх языках (без русского).
У данных марок нет перфорации, это плохого качества тонкий обычный лист бумаги. Марки при продаже на почте отрезались ножницами или отрывались по сгибу, как керенки.
