Русский: Зрительный нерв. Отчетливо видны фотонейроны R8, аксоны которых протягиваются в зрительную долю мозга личинки. Фотонейроны окрашены зеленым, актиновые структуры – красным, ядра всех клеток – синим. Масштаб – 20 мкм.
English: Optic nerve. The R8 photoreceptors are clearly visible, the axons of which are directed towards the optic lobe of the larval brain. The photoneurons and actin structures are colored in green and red, respectively. Nuclei of all cells are stained in blue. Scale bar: 20 µm.
