Description
Русский: Знак в 10 долларов, размером 190 х 115 миллим, по обрезу и 173 Х 105 по рамке. На лицевой стороне рамка синего цвета с красным орнаментом и номиналом по-русски: „10 долларов". Внутри рамки герб Монголии — круг с 4 секторами: белого, синего, желтого и красного цвета с центром желтого цвета. С обоих сторон текст красного цвета на монгольском языке, с подписями министра финансов Цивена (на монгольском языке) и Советника финансов Лаврова (на французском языке). Подписи мастичные, синие. В нижней части текст на английском и русском языках. Иван Александрович Лавров (1871—1942) — финансист, комиссар Иркутской губернии (1917), председатель Совета министров и глава МВД автономной Сибири (1918), «советник финансов» правительства барона Унгерна (1921), заместитель наркома финансов Бурят-Монгольской АССР, мемуарист.

This work is an information report (including photo report), which was created by an employee of TASS, ROSTA, or KarelfinTAG as part of that person’s official duties between July 10, 1925[3] and January 1, 1954, provided that it was first released in the stated period or was not released until August 3, 1993.
