Summary
English: In the analysis of electron after 8 hours from the initiation of culture revealed applied mode of cultivation promotes more pronounced process of formation of capsules and microcapsules, morphologically complete cells in cultures of this period of cultivation, were presented by bacteria rod-shaped or elliptical with a smooth or slightly wavy cell wall. The cytoplasm was characterized by moderate electron density due to ribosomal and polisomalnymi structures. Nukdeoid submitted fine-fibrillar structure of DNA, was located in the central part of the cytoplasm. |
