Description Мемориал построен по инициативе и на средства мецената Погосяна Грачьи Мисаковича, на берегу Невы, на месте прорыва блокады Ленинграда в 1943 году. Авторы: главный архитектор Арагацотнской губернии Республики Армения, Даваян Ашот Шагенович и федеральный архитектор РФ, Кузьмин Валерий Васильевич. Исполнитель, ООО "РосВоенСтрой" в лице ген.директора Папоян Вреж Аршалуйсович, руководитель работ Габриелян Армен Гераевич.
