Українська: Магнолія Суланжа (Magnolia × soulangeana Soul.-Bod., 1826) з роду Магнолія (Magnolia L) родини Магнолієві (Magnoliaceae Juss.,1789). Це гібридний сорт декоративного дерева. Отримана від схрещування магнолії оголеної (M. denudata) та магнолії лілієцвітої (M. liliflora). Виведена у Франції в 1820 році агрономом, колишнім дипломатом французької армії Етьєном Суланж-Боденом (фр. Étienne Soulange-Bodin). Широко розповсюджена в садах та парках світу. В культурі в Україні з кінця XIX століття. Культивується в ботанічних садах, міських насадженнях. Придатна до вирощування по всій території України, перспективна для ширшого впровадження в озеленення. Колекція магнолій цього виду є в Національному ботанічному саду імені Миколи Гришка НАН України і в ботанічному саду імені Фоміна університету Шевченка.
English: Saucer magnolia (Magnolia denudata × Magnolia liliiflora Soul.-Bod., 1826) from the genus Magnolia (Magnolia L) family Magnoliaceae (Magnoliaceae Juss.,1789). Bred in France in 1820 by the agronomist, former diplomat of the French army, Etienne Soulange-Bodin (fr. Étienne Soulange-Bodin). Widely distributed in gardens and parks of the world. In culture in Ukraine since the end of the 19th century. Cultivated in botanical gardens, urban plantings. It is suitable for cultivation throughout the territory of Ukraine, promising for wider implementation in landscaping. The collection of magnolias of this species is in the M. M.
