Русский: Магнитная доменная структура в пленке феррита-граната. Визуализация методом магнитно-силовой микроскопии (МСМ). Образец – пленка состава (LuBi)3Fe5O12 толщиной 10 мкм. Размер скана 42 мкм х 42 мкм. Изображение получено с помощью атомно-силового микроскопа SmartSPM, AIST-NT.
В толстых пленках ферритов-гранатов доменная структура часто неоднородна по толщине пленки. Ветвление доменной структуры вблизи поверхности пленки приводит к появлению разнообразных и весьма экзотических картин полей рассеяния, регистрируемых методом МСМ. English: Magnetic domain structure in a ferrite garnet film. Visualization by magnetic force microscopy (MFM). The sample is the film of composition (LuBi)3Fe5O12, thickness of 10 microns. Scan size: 42 µm x 42 µm. The image was obtained using an atomic force microscope (AFM) SmartSPM, AIST-NT. Domain structures in thick films of ferrite garnets are often not uniform across the film thickness. Branching domain structure near the surface of the film gives rise to different and very exotic pictures of stray fields recorded by the MFM. |
